Be Skin Savvy #19 – “Confessions under the spotlight” Did you ever watch those 1950/1960 movies where the spotlight was shining in someones face and suddenly all was confessed?? As I zoom my magnifying lamp over a clients face I have been told it resembles an interrogation lamp and suddenly eyes open wide and its confession time……”Oh Edwina I picked!!”, “I didn’t wash my face last night (did I really say that out loud?)” or “I tweezed my own brows….” Well thanks for tel…ling me but don’t feel guitly, you’re only human, (and that pimple was asking for it!!) I will fix those brows, I will heal that pimple and discuss the importance of washing your face in the evening. So as the lamp, that closley remembles a spaceship, hovers over your face and you feel the need to tell all, no worries, its nothing I havent heard before and you know if you dont tell me I’ll know and I’ll ask, It’s what I do….For all new clients be prepared for an in depth consultation, and to confess all your habits, especially the good ones
